They just replaced our water heater, and did some angle stops for our rental in Killeen. We appreciate their integrity & great service. They have kept us informed, and didn’t price gouge us like other companies have. They were able to coordinate with our tenants to insure everything got done and sent us a bill & called us multiple times to update us. I was extremely pleased with both the service and pricing from this plumber. Kim was polite, professional, and very helpful during the scheduling process. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and quickly identified the source of a ceiling leak. The repair was completed efficiently in about an hour. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future plumbing needs.
I would highly suggest using this company. We had a water heater replaced and the pricing was VERY fair. I also like how they will text a pic of who will be arriving when they are on the way. Very nice, friendly and professional. Mr. Robertson explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly. He also showed up early.
The crew was spot on. They kept me informed of when they would arrive. I ensured the path was clear and clean. I explained the situation. They got right to work. They advised me that my water inlet valve was stuck, so I made the choice of having it replaced. The crew was professional the whole way, even helped me on connecting my water heater to the WIFI via the app. Definitely recommend ??
