I recently had a mini split installed in the lower level of my home and abducted system using my current AC ductwork on the upstairs of the home. Workers were very polite, courteous, very aware of the surroundings of the home. They made sure they maintained as much cleanliness as possible considering the amount of snow we had outside. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done except for a few mud spots here and there. I wouldn't have known they were here except that I now have a new heating system. Would definitely recommend HWS to anybody looking to convert to heat pumps..

Had a heat pump system installed for our entire house. From scheduling the estimate to the installation itself, HWS was a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Was especially impressed with the installation supervisor, Zachary. On the day of the installation he arrived right on time with a team of highly competent installers. The job was completed in a matter of hours. The system looks and works beautifully. I’d highly recommend HWS for any plumbing related needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Hot Water Solutions. They recently installed 4 Mitsubishi mini splits with 2 condensers, all of which can be managed easily through WiFi. They are also coming back to integrate WiFi control for another mini split that was installed previously by a different company — which shows their dedication to making everything seamless and complete.

From start to finish, their team felt like family — professional, kind, and heart-centered in the way they worked. The installation itself looks beautiful: they carefully aligned all the lines outside the house, and the final result is neat, clean, and thoughtfully done.
