George and Josh (and a crew of additional workers) from JSP recently came to do a heat pump system replacement and upgrade for me and did an incredible job. Fast, efficient and nice. Got our systems set up quickly and they were thorough in both installation and testing. One issue with bathroom register, seems pipe froze. (Minus 4 degrees the night before). Them be back to make sure it’s working properly after being heated a while. Then they’ll take back the remaining heater loaner. Appreciated his help very much.
I called JSP Home Services on 1/29/26 spoke to a very nice woman who answered the call about an issue with my furnace .She kept me updated & informed with the appointment time . John Kerr & Kevin Acevedo were at my door within hours . They were able to determine unfortunately with bad news that the furnace needed to be replaced. They told me with the upmost kindness and assured me that everything was going to be OK not to worry , made me very much at ease with the whole situation. John then help me set up the appointment for the furnace to be replaced. Answered all my questions with patience.I can not Thank him enough for his kindness and understanding. I thank Kevin also for answering every question that I had he was very knowledgeable ,very polite & very helpful.Today 1/31/26, Darren Mima & Mark ( sorry didn’t catch Marks last name ) , came this morning to replace the furnace,.They too very kindly reassured me that everything will be OK answered all my questions with Such professionalism. They did the job quickly , efficiently, were very respectful of my home , cleaned up after themselves. Everything was perfect.from first call to end of job . I can’t thank all the guys that came and did what they did . They all went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with the whole situation. The financing was a great help also very quick and easy to do. I thank each and every one of those guys for everything they did. I will definitely be calling again for any and all of my home services needed .Thank you .
If I had the option, I wouldn’t have even given them one star jsp home services recently did repairs on my home and another job they did for me and my wife. They installed a brand new boiler. Word to mouth I heard they were overpriced, but we decided for quality work overpriced would be OK! Turns out JSP home services has their salesman lie to customers to sell products and services that are unnecessary all in regards to jump up the price they outsourced to third-party companies and orchestrated services on my home that even the workers at JSP did not know the name of this third-party company nobody ever acknowledge this would happen! I’m $18,000 job that should’ve been top-of-the-line work , the pictures below show how the carelessness of employees and supervisors prevailed as they indicated to me that they finished the job upon me inspecting it more than 10 gallons of highly flammable fuel oil was left in the basement with people living above to drain onto the basement floor the job was supposed to be done, but the fuel tank was still there to be informed they weren’t doing the tank. Some other company was I could go on about all the unprofessional workers and receptionist everyone who tried to pass me back-and-forth between customer service, desks, and other employees I was supposed to get calls back and we were supposed to figure it out. I offered them minor solutions, but they care nothing for the customer. They will say anything and go to any lengths to get you guarantee your bank and money in their pockets. They’re big fancy signs large advertisements on their vans are just a small sign that glamour and money is worth more than actual satisfaction and a job well done and I’m a contractor myself and I’m disgusted with how they have handled do not use JSP home services do not use them. I warned you and I will do everything and anything to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anybody else it disappoints me to say, though they will go the extra mile to cover it up!!!!!
