Justin was on time, friendly, did all 3 services I asked for quite quickly. He answered any questions I had. Besides the toilet repair he removed a very stuck outer cover for our AquaPure whole house water filter system and installed a new (owner provided) filter into the housing.
Great job! Although I was not there, talking to Justin by phone as he worked on site was totally reassuring that a good and complete job was being done to repair a major feeze up of bsthroom drainage pipes going outside to septic system.Appreciate Aaron and John's involvement aswell. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. Our original appointment was cancelled due to snow but Brandon went out of his way to keep in touch and get the job done. Price was fair. Angel contacted me about next steps at different stages which I also really appreciated. They checked and rechecked the work to make sure all was well. And it was!Diagnostics were done on other problem areas (in the bathroom) with great care and attention to detail.#####I had to bring Rice back for more work. They are solid, honest, and trustworthy. My pocketbook is a little lighter but I am so good with the work done! They flex when they can and thats much appreciated.
