Kevin arrived on time with a friendly and professional attitude. He identified my problem right away and offered a fair estimate for repairs. He completed the job quickly leaving the work space neat and clean. He asked me to inspect the repairs before making payment. After checking the repairs I could see that everything was now dry and there was no more leak. I have called Roto-Rooter to my house several times over the years for repairs and needs. All of their employees have been polite, friendly and professional. Kevin certainly maintained that expectation and if I needed another repair he would be welcome back in my house.
We had such an amazing experience with Sergio! Had an unexpected issue in the evening and was hoping to have someone stop by for a diagnostics before the end of the day. When I called the office they answered quickly, were very kind, and got everything set up without a hassle. They even found someone who could come by in a reasonable time frame that day.Sergio was super professional and listened to all of our questions and concerns.
