It was midnight when I submitted so I asked for a call this morning after 8am and that request was fulfilled. Sergio was exceptional in helping us unclog our sewer line. We tried everything to solve the issue on our own but clearly did not have his skills at assessing the situation and working tirelessly to rectify the problem. He was also respectful of our home and cleaned every area he entered. It is not easy to find dedicated workers who truly enjoy what they do. Kevin arrived on time with a friendly and professional attitude. He identified my problem right away and offered a fair estimate for repairs. He completed the job quickly leaving the work space neat and clean. He asked me to inspect the repairs before making payment. After checking the repairs I could see that everything was now dry and there was no more leak. I have called Roto-Rooter to my house several times over the years for repairs and needs. All of their employees have been polite, friendly and professional. Kevin certainly maintained that expectation and if I needed another repair he would be welcome back in my house.
