We had a stressful situation with our tub faucet. We turned the water on and then couldn’t turn it off. My husband tried taking the faucet apart but couldn’t figure out the issue so we knew we needed a plumber fast. I expected to call multiple places and get answering machines, but when I called MTAC, I spoke to someone right away. Not only that, he was able to come out within 30 minutes — on a Friday, no less. Within an hour, the problem was completely fixed. He was very kind, upfront about costs both on the phone and in person, and explained best-case and worst-case scenarios so I knew exactly what to expect. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel included in the process, which I really appreciated. He fixed the issue quickly, left no mess behind, and was extremely courteous and professional. We had MTAC install a new toilet ( it was only roughed in) and utility vanity in our downstairs laundry room. Marcus was incredibly professional and informative. He delivered a itemized and very detailed quote quickly. Marcus’s communication re timing and appointments was excellent The work was done promptly and very well, it was not an easy job for them. They preformed the job perfectly always keeping us informed and updated . Marcus and his team certainly deserve a five star rating and I would highly recommend them.
