The team from Tennessee Standard Plumbing arrived today to install new toilet system in the house. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They kept me updated on progress, the install operation, as well as a walk through before starting the job. Fully explained the steps they would take, as well as providing constant updates. They took care of the house from laying down protection for for floors and the bathrooms. I would highly recommend the guys to take care of your plumbing needs. 5-star team from start to finish! Handled the install in all four bathrooms with a new, higher quality, toilet, including soft close seats!
Ive lived in my townhouse for nearly 20 years and decided it was time for some upgrades. I reached out to Tennessee Standard for a new shower. Never did I expect the amazing options available to me! After deciding on a beautiful walk in shower to replace my boring old 40 year old tub, Peter and Daniel showed up and walked me through everything that would happen at my house. They were so friendly and personable during the process, I felt like I just had some buddies over. The shower was finished and I feel like I have a 5 star hotel shower in my house now. Beyond impressed. Beyond happy. Beyond excited to share this review with anyone looking for ANY type of plumbing needs, or an upgrades!
I had a great experience with Dylan and Nick at TN Standard plumbing company. Another company had been unable to clear my drain and quoted me for a point repair on my main sewer line that was full of roots but I wanted to get a second opinion so I called TN Standard. They told me they would give me a free visit to get a second opinion, no service charge at all. They always called/ texted to let me know arrival times and who to expect. Their initial quote was higher than the previous company so they worked with me to get down to a slightly lower price than the competition. Both companies had told me they would have to take down part of my wood fence to get the equipment in but Dylan was able to maneuver the machine through my existing gate opening! They were very respectful of my property and careful with anything that needed to be moved or taken apart. My sewer work was very extensive and had difficult access but they handled it like total pros! We ended up replacing almost the entire line and they were able to give me a reasonable price for the extra work on the spot. I really appreciate them turning bad news into a good experience!

I called Tennessee standard after first getting estimates from two Other plumbing companies for a house that we had recently purchased as an investment property. I wasn’t feeling confident in what they were saying about the scope of work I had called them out to get me an estimate on so I decided to call Tennessee Standard Plumbing to get a third opinion. Adam was the initial person that went out to do the inspection for the scope of work I needed an estimate on. We live out of state and we’re not at the property during the inspection.After hearing water continuously run, Adam decided to do a full inspection to figure out what the additional issue was. He also did a full property inspection to see if there was anything else we needed to be made aware of.We were so thankful he did because there were a couple of small leaks and our toilet was continuously running and we were not aware. He sent me pictures and did a great job explaining what the issues were and what was causing it..Adam instantly made me feel comfortable and we developed a plan of action. He was very patient while we went through various estimates and gave me different options for repairs and cost.When the work actually started, Peter was who we dealt with on the project from that point on. He was great with communication and explained everything they were doing and always sent me pictures. This was very helpful being that I could not be there.Both Adam and Peter were great during the entire process and I am very grateful for Tennessee Plumbing.
