After the freezing temperatures and thinking the outside pipes were protected, pipes can freeze and break. Happened on a Monday evening and Travis was able to come to the rescue the next day, before noon, and had the broken pipe replaced and the water back on in under an hour! Travis was very professional, personable, explained what needed to be done and completed the repair, far exceeding my expectations! I’ll definitely be contacting Clear and Present Plumbing again. Great experience working with Clear and Present Plumbing. Travis came out and installed a new hot water heater and toilet as well as replaced the valve coming out of the wall. Very happy with the work. Travis was very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt and left everything clean. Would absolutely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
