Daniel was great! We had a leak that required a new water line to be run, and he was friendly, professional, and worked hard to resolve our issue as quickly and with as much quality as possible. When he reached a point where he needed assistance to run the line, he got an associate out quickly and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Acadiana Plumbing Services!

Placed a call late afternoon after an outside faucet failed. I’m so called I called these people. My tech was a very polite and professional young man named Troy. He immediately knew what to do and had all the parts on his truck. Troy was efficient and solved this problem before the freezing temps hit again later tonight. Acadiana Plumbing will be my plumber go forward and will request Troy if he is available. The young lady that took my call was also very friendly and saw that someone came out same day. Great job to all!

I contacted Acadiana Plumbing Services about a blockage in my main line. They were able to meet me same day and were extremely responsive and communicated every step of the process to me. Daniel is who conducted the actual service and he was very professional and explained everything to me. I will be using Acadiana Plumbing Services for my Plumbing needs in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does every slab-leak repair by Acadiana Plumbing Services require breaking concrete?

No. The repair depends on the leak’s location, pipe material, plumbing layout and overall system condition; options include targeted slab access, rerouting or replacing the affected water line through a more accessible route.

How does Acadiana Plumbing Services choose a drain-cleaning method?

Cabling and augering are commonly used for localized or main-line stoppages. Hydro jetting may be appropriate for heavier buildup when pipe condition and access allow.

Does Acadiana Plumbing Services include concrete or surface restoration in every commercial plumbing scope?

No. Permits, inspections, electrical work, concrete, walls and surface restoration are included only when specifically stated.
