Called because the water heater didn't seem to keep the water hot during our showers and I was able to get the appointment the next day. They send you a text with the picture of the technician that is coming out with a little biography about them. I really liked that I knew who was coming out,and what they looked like beforehand. I thought it was a nice personal touch. James came out and was so nice and courteous and explained everything that was going on even showed me what he was doing when he was doing it. He was here for quite a while. He was able to figure out that I still had a warranty on all the parts, and he sat with me while I called the manufacturer to figure out how to get the parts replaced. He was there every step of the way for me. I've never had a technician for anything I've ever done do all this for me! I'm so glad I chose them to do the service and I would use them for any more plumbing issues. Now that I see how they work, I would use them for any A/C issues as well. Thank you James!!
edit. After my post, was finally able to speak with someone in charge. A substantial revision was made to the bill.These people are crooks. They took advantage of my 75 year old mother. She had a leaking pipe going to an outside faucet. A foot or so of pvc pipe and a couple elbows and they charged her $750. Easy access didn’t even have to go under the trailer. So she called speak to someone in charge and wasn’t allowed to speak to anyoneby the woman answering the phone. She asked for an itemized bill and they sent this estimate not itemized, Of course they couldn’t because there is no way to justify the outrageous bill.
9/11/2025, tech. Josh came to my property fixing a small water pipe leak at the meter, my end. He is polite and fixed the leak, but the price is highway robbery. The pipe is less than a foot long, but All Pro Plumbing & Air charged me $1714. All my neighbors said I got robbed and I believe I was robbed. So I will not recommend this company to anyone. It is the company's culture/ taking advantages of vulnerable. Not techs fault.After I posted the review on Sept 11th, I got a call the following day from the owner of All Pro. He was professional and asked me about the service and offered a $1000 refund. I was impressed by his quick response and willingness to make it right. Sept.16th, 2025.
