From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done perfectly.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the work right the first time. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes this much pride in their work.

If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin—and if you’re lucky enough to have Gustavo as your technician, you’re in great hands. Truly a 5-star experience!

If I could give negative stars I would do (-5 stars)

When Benjamin Franklin plumbing showed up to our house on 12/2/2025 Brandon Rimes sold us the dream. We told him we have a leak and not sure where it is at. He said well we can do a full test and find where the leak is and a few months down the line you will have another leak because the plumbing is very old. Now if we just re pipe the entire house the you will be good. Do the whole house and the small house in the back we can run the lines to the back house and leave it ready to be Connected when you remodel. Brandon said look to make it even better I can throw in a new larger water heater that will be able to support both the main house and the small back house. At no extra charge if you decide to sign with me today. I will be here every step of the way and I am available any time you just give me a call you have my business card. The price he gave us was for the re pipe of the whole house and the back small house. At that time we did not know that the re pipe was not from the street but from where the pipe from the street matched my water softener. And I found that out when the workers started to work on the house re pipe and when they did the back house they did not turn off the breaker to the water heater that was in the back house that they blow the water heater. The worker could have been hurt from the shock he received. When they finished the house and when the water was turned back on there was still a leak and the workers said maybe that leak is from the line that is from the street to the house they said that is the city that is responsible for that. So they left that night the next day I called the city of Lakeland and asked about the water line and they told me that they are not responsible for that line that comes into the house they are responsible for the street and the meter. So when the workers came back out the. Next day they said well you have to talk to Brandon Rimes about that line he maybe able to include it or you will have to pay the difference. I tried to call Brandon Rimes and he would not get back to me so the workers called him and he told them that it would be an additional over $800 to run the pipes from the meter to the house. I was like why do I have to pay more why didn’t Brandon Rimes tell me this information that there could be an additional charger that the re pipe did not include from the meter into the house. This is very bad business Brandon Rimes told us I will be available by phone at any time and I will be onsite when they start and finish the work if you need anything at all just give me a call. This was not true at all the only day he came was first day while they were working and every time I tried to call him he never answered my call or called me back. When I called the company to try and talk to someone I was told to speak to Wyatt. Wyatt has been in contact with me Wyatt and Brandon did come out to my house to inspect the work because they failed the inspection. Wyatt said he will contact me to see what he can do about the water heater that the works blow. But now he is trying to see if my water is still under warranty so that the water heater can be replaced with the warranty and not have to be replaced by Benjamin Franklin. Wyatt even made an appointment with me to come out to my house and then sent me message a few minutes before saying that he will wait for when the city inspector is here for him to come out. I feel that is a way to try and manipulate the situation and not have to replace the water heater that was damaged by their employees. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a company I would not recommend this company for any work that you need work at your house. I have been in this situation for 7 weeks and still on going.

Outstanding service! I had a water leak caused by the upstairs shower in my master bathroom, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing responded quickly and professionally. They arrived in less than a hour promptly and got right to work.

Gustavo was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner.

I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services.

Mr. Gustavo Rocha arrived this afternoon to install a Kind Water Filter system. He was professional and courteous throughout the installation. Prior to starting he solicited any concerns I might have and upon completion he demonstrated how the system work making sure I knew to shut off the system if needed. Gustavo recommended that I should also get a pressure gauge for the system in which I will consider. After the work was completed he cleaned the area and also removed all the packing material. I whole heartedly recommend him for future work for my household, family, and neighbors. He epitomizes what customer service is and should be.
