We had three plumbing issues. First was a sink that constantly dripped. A previous plumber told us the Pfister faucet couldn’t be repaired and that the washers couldn’t be replaced, so I even purchased a $150 replacement faucet expecting it would need to be swapped out. Kevin immediately said that wasn’t true and fixed the issue in just a few minutes.

Second, we had a toilet that had been running for over a year. The fill valve had been replaced twice and the flapper twice with no success. Kevin quickly identified the real issue, a rubber flap where the flapper plugs in — and fixed it with ease.

Third, Kevin repaired a leaking outdoor faucet by replacing the head.

Kevin was on time, friendly, efficient, and completely professional, and he completed all three jobs in less than two hours. Best of all, the total bill came in far below what we expected, and all of the replacement parts I had already purchased can now be returned.

If you need a plumber who actually knows what he’s doing and won’t upsell unnecessary replacements, ask for Kevin at Gilliam Waddell Plumbing. Excellent service and an excellent employee.
