Had an issue with drains being blocked to whole house. Called and we’re out quickly. Presented options for repairs and fixed the problem. Would absolutely use them again. Your team was great from start to Finnish.
I wanted to rely on the service that the company provided, but I can’t. They sent out 2 technicians who seemed to understand what I needed and the request that I made. I was looking to have the company install a washing machine drain pan and to repair the pipe below the washing machine to correctly install the drain pan. They left after inspecting the area, even lifting the washing machine a bit to see if they could locate the drain. The company called and set a time and day for the work. I asked what the price was, they said it is what they quoted. I never received a quote for the service. The person who called gave me an amount at that time and it sounded pretty expensive, so I went with it assuming they factored in fixing the pipe.On the day of the service, 2 different men arrived to do the work. They were in and out in 45 minutes. I asked if they were easily able to repair the pipe, it seemed quick. They said no and they they simply drilled a large whole in the drain pan and glued it to the floor. I was shocked. $675 for a service that I didn’t ask for. I paid in order to not cause any uproar, with the intent to contact the company. Upon contacting the company, I was told that the work was standard and to call back if I had a problem that was related to the work. So, a wait and see. I then called a separate time hoping to speak with a senior plumber and the person who answered was more helpful, although I never got a chance to speak with someone more experienced. I was able to email with who I believe to be a customer service manager. She stated that she would review my issue. It’s been a month. $675 down the literal drain and a poor plumbing job that I will assure have to have repaired by a plumbing company who knows the right way to do the job. This may be a good company, maybe the December holidays became a challenge for their team. Either way, I would have rather waited to have it done correctly than to pay for a poor service. Still no follow up from the office manager. It’s been about 30 days since I started contacting their office.I never would have paid to have the drain pan superglued to my floor had I received an invoice for those services.
Dale and Pat were terrific! Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept me informed every step of the way. I needed bath tub faucet replaced.They needed to access my bath tub plumbing via my kitchen. My home is very old. There was no access panel so they had to create one. They did a great job. Cleaned everything up in bathroom and kitchen. I have used Northeast for several repairs over the last 10 years at my home and also my parents' home. I am always very satisfied with the plumbers and the work they do. Pricing seems to be competitive with other local companies. It may seem high but i had two certified plumbers and the job took about four hours because of the complexity of my old home. And Trish, Britney and Bailey are extremely helpful and courteous on the phones when scheduling appointments and/or answering questions. Very customer service focused. Good, reliable company that i highly recommend.

But they'll also be fast, efficient, kind and go easy on your wallet. Our technician was Tim and we couldn’t have been happier with the service overall. I'll never call another plumber again. I had used NorthEast Plumbing and Mechanical's services in the past (hot water tank replacement, new gas line installation) and had great experiences. This particular service for a kitchen faucet replacement and toilet repair was no exception. Dale and Gianni arrived on time, were extremely polite and positive, walked me through everything they needed to do and provided options based on recommendations and cost, allowing me choose what I wanted to do without being pressured. They both did excellent work, they were fast and efficient, and left both work areas as clean as possible when leaving. Would highly recommend working with Dale and Gianni, and NorthEast in general again in the future. Thanks for the great service!
