When our bladder tank burst under the house during a cold snap here in Lakewood, we needed a plumber fast. After calling around, we found Duane & Sons Plumbing. Damon showed up within an hour, quickly got the right parts, and had our water running again with even better pressure than before—all in less than three hours. He also took the time to answer a few extra plumbing questions we had. The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. We already have a few more plumbing projects in mind and will definitely call them again. Highly recommend for anyone in Lakewood looking for honest and reliable plumbers!

I recently had a plumbing emergency at my house in Lakewood when both my toilet and bathtub started backing up. I was really impressed with how easy it was to book a service call. The team was able to fit me in that same day, which was a huge relief. Within an hour, Emmanuel and Arthur arrived at my door. They were professional, efficient, and also very friendly. When we started remodeling our kitchen in Lakewood, my wife and I reached out to several plumbers about updating our old copper pipes and adding new lines for a sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator ice maker. Most companies didn’t seem interested in taking on the job, but Duane & Sons Plumbing was different. I spoke with Arthur over the phone, and he got back to me quickly to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Emmanuel and Joe showed up right on time and got to work running all new plumbing lines and installing a drain for our new sink location. They were both friendly, asked the right questions, and really listened to what we wanted for our kitchen. The work they did was top-notch—everything was neat and looked great. After our new appliances arrived, I called back and Emmanuel and Joe returned the next day to hook everything up. Now everything works perfectly and looks fantastic. It’s clear this company truly cares about their customers, which is hard to find these days. We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs in the future.

After my hot water heater stopped working on Sunday, my fiancé called Monday morning to see if someone could come out that same day. Russell arrived around 11:20, fitting us into his schedule. He did a fantastic job fixing the water heater and made sure to explain everything in simple terms, which was helpful since plumbing isn’t really my thing. Even though my water heater is getting old, Russell didn’t pressure me into buying a new one, which I truly appreciated. A little while later, I had another issue when my kitchen sink started backing up. I sent an online message late at night, and I got a call first thing in the morning to set up an appointment. Joe came out, listened carefully to what was going on, checked over the pipes, and let me know about all the options for fixing it. He was upfront about the costs, which I found really helpful. After fixing the problem, Joe even shared some tips on how to keep my pipes clear in the future. He took his time making sure I understood what was happening and how to prevent future clogs. Both times, I was impressed with how quickly the office staff got back to me. I’m very happy with the quick and friendly service I’ve received here in Lakewood, and I’ll definitely be calling again for any plumbing needs!

We recently had two plumbing issues at our home in Lakewood—a tankless water heater that was giving us error codes and a backed-up drain. We called a local plumbing company for help, and they sent out Arthur to look at the water heater and Joe to handle the drain. Both plumbers were highly skilled, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Arthur took a close look at our tankless water heater, gave us some helpful recommendations, and didn’t even charge for the inspection. Joe arrived soon after to fix the drain. He quickly figured out the cause of the backup and had it cleared in less than half an hour. He also laid down mats to keep our floors clean and was very respectful of our home. Neither Arthur nor Joe tried to push any extra services on us, which we really appreciated. Since our previous plumber closed up shop, we were a bit nervous about finding someone new, but we’re so happy with the excellent service we received. The receptionist was also very pleasant and got us scheduled for same-day appointments. Overall, we’re extremely pleased to have found our new go-to plumbers in Lakewood. Fantastic experience all around!
