He called to give me a heads up about arriving early, which was awesome. James was able to clear our line and clearly discussed our options moving forward. He was both knowledgeable and professional. We just moved into a new place and James and his brother did a great job for us. We will have them do plumbing work for us in the future. They replaced a very old hot water heater in a crawl space, replaced three toilets and did some work under the kitchen sink. James came out to give us a quote first and then came the next week to complete the job. James was friendly and polite. He followed up after the work was completed to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Had a very clogged bathroom sink that our children use. They were able to diagnose the problem and offered to charge just for a p trap replacement due to the age of the existing pipe - which could be a problem for snakes. Most of the clog was in the trap and the rest was taken care of with the Glug product. Thanks to Midwest for getting our barhroom working so quickly.
