This company is now in my contact list! I called just before 5 on Wednesday and they showed up at 10 Thursday morning exactly on time! By 1:30, they were done installing my new water heater! These guys are the best and they made it into my "contacts"! 1. They gave me a quote for a simple drain clearance over the phone. 2. They showed up the same day, within a couple hours of my phone call. 3. They unclogged my bath tub in less than 20 minutes! 4. The cost was the exact amount that I was initially quoted. 5. The plumbers were friendly and hardworking guys! I can't remember their names, but one was a big tall guy with tattoos and the other guy was shorter, hispanic, both really professional and friendly. And the best part, my bath tub is draining!!!! They are definitely my new, go-to Plumbers!

Travis and Scott did a great job rerouting some pipes due to a slab leak that would have soon caused serious damage to our flooring. Not only was Travis able to identify the exact problem area (which other plumbers incorrectly diagnosed) and do the job the next day (on New Years Eve!), but it cost half the price of the other estimates! TWS saved us thousands of dollars on this job. They were professional, friendly, and fast. They finished in one day what other companies said would take up to three days. Everything done up to code, efficiently and thoroughly. They even did a good job cleaning up after themselves! Finally an HONEST plumber who does QUALITY work for an affordable price! After this great experience, he will definitely be our go to plumber.
