Ken was our hero! He arrived quickly and fixed our water leak. He went above and beyond by helping to reattach my dryer hose and get our laundry back up and running. Very friendly and helpful. HIghly recommend.
Our thermostat failed causing our furnace to not shut off. Called Lewis MacLean and Ken arrived in 30 mins. We now have a new programmable thermostat along with some great suggestions for moving our water shutoff to a more accessible location. Highly recommend these folks and thank you. Pat & Bruce
We are super impressed with both Tyler and Angus from Lewis MacLean. We had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year, and when we called at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, Tyler was at our house within an hour and had the heat up and running again. Angus Beaton from Lewis MacLean plumbing and heating was very knowledgeable and corrected the water problem within minutes of examining the furnace air conditioning leak. He explained in detail the problem and the fix. I was extremely happy with the service call as well as from the call for service to the prompt follow up.
