Called at 10:00 a.m. to have a leaking pipe on our hot water tank repaired.
Jay was booked for the day but said he could come by between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
He called to say he was in traffic and would be a little late.
On arrival at about 6:30 he determined that the hot water tank needed to be replaced.
He went to his shop to get a tank and was back and had it installed and all the paper work done by 9:30.
Very good workmanship and working after hours to accommodating our quasi emergency.
Independent owner operated company, I highly recommend for any plumbing and heating needs.

My tankless hot water heater broke down on Dec 31 leaving me without hot water through a holiday. On Jan 2 I started my research and found Prompt Plumbing. After several phone calls to Jay, who was extremely patient with my questions and options, I decided to go with them and he was able to install my new Tankless heater on Sunday. Jay was courteous, detail oriented and completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend him to others.
