He was very thorough and doubled checked his work to make sure everything was working properly be he left. He was very organized, clean, friendly, and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom Allen and his company. Several family members have used his services and have always been VERY satisfied with the exceptional care and completion of services. He recently went far above what was expected in taking care of plumbing issues for my elderly father. It was a big job and the price quoted was exceptionally fair. In this day and age, Tom Allen is an exception with his professionalism and care. He cares about his clients-as evidenced with going out of his way for my dad to ensure his basement didn't flood during recent heavy rains before the outdoor lines cld be replaced. You won't be disappointed.
