John was respectful and professional. He was detailed oriented in his assessment and was very knowledgeable. He provided us with educational information to help us understand what is going on with our furnace. So that we can make an informed decision about our next steps moving forward. He provides us with quotes for a new furnace, and talked about it very thoroughly with us so that we understand what we are going to purchase. My family has always had great plumbers from The Meridian Company and Aaron was no exception. He was punctual, professional, very skilled, as well as kind and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about the services Ashton provided. I called for an emergency due to a frozen bursted pipe and they got here relatively quickly, despite being very busy. He detected the problem, fixed it quickly and cleaned up the mess. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. I will definetely be using Meridian for all of our plumbing needs.
