Was smelling gas around the outside of my house. Called Maddox to check for leaks. They came out the same day. JD was kind, courteous, fast and efficient and even gave me tips on things. No leaks thank goodness. The price was even less than I thought it would be. ????

Maddox plumbing was amazing. They came out to get me an estimate and we're thorough and knowledgeable. The guys that did the work on my house we nest, courteous and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt better knowing they were taking care of my problem!
This has been a very disappointing experience and it is not even complete yet. As you can see the shower wall is upside down, and very short. I have used Maddox over the past few years and have been a very satisfied customer until this experience. My first appointment was on a date I was off work and it was canceled because the parts were not ready. Next appointment was scheduled for another day off at 8:30, I had to call three times to find out the crew was at another job even though I was scheduled for over 10 days. Then I had to take a day off and they were three hours late from 9:30 appointment and I had to call twice to get any information. I just hope things get better from this point. This is a very expensive project.
I have used Maddox for my plumbing needs over the past ten years. They are professional and courteous. The last work they did for me involved getting hot water to a bathroom that was far removed from hot water heater. I am very happy with Carlos' work and would highly recommend him for future needs.
