Had the pleasure of meeting Zoubir today. He provided excellent service — very efficient, kind, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the situation to me. The power-wash of the drains was done thoroughly and with great care. Highly recommend!
I had a complicared case of a blockage 35 feet away from the sink, which is unusual for a condo. Although it took longer time to fix, and therefore being more expensive, Alex took care of the problem and got a solution that benefitted both sides. Alex is quick to respond to mails, and even calls to make sure you are satisfied.
The team was very helpful and professional and I am very satisfied with the results of the high pressure cleaning and camera inspection. They were able to provide service in a very timely manner for a reasonable price!
