With all the issues we were experiencing lately at our home, we finally decided to contanct TE certified. The drainage supervisor come out and he was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly detailed and thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood what was going on. What stood out most was how genuinely concerned he was about our family’s safety especially checking that the water heater safety devices were in place and working properly. He never rushed and kept checking in to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. Truly great service and we really appreciate the care he took with our home. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about TE Certified. From the original appointment where they came out to assess the home, to scheduling the appointment, and the actual installation, EVERY step was easy and punctual and extremely professional! This team is extremely knowledgeable and respectful and it was an actual pleasure to work with these fine gentlemen! If you’re looking for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work to be done, do not hesitate. Do not look elsewhere. This is the one-stop-shop ??
Couldn’t be happier with my newly installed pantry light and above the sink fixture. Also he replaced my outdated fluorescent kitchen light with a new one and recessed our oven outlet so the oven would slide back more. Very personable and respectful. Kyle was very kind and professional and did a great job. Very happy!
Had my water main replaced by TE and they did a great job. Very thorough prep and inspection after the work was done. Great communication as well. Gavin and his crew were great, they took special care to be cautious around where the work was being done as to not disturb the French drain and water proofing and were able to get it back to its original state. They sealed up the entry hole for the new water line both inside and outside. Sealed up the old hole from the old pipe too. Would recommend!
