My husband is a contractor and has worked with these guys on several jobs. He has told me multiple times how much he appreciates that they are dependable and do good work.

We needed a new water heater, so we knew who to call. They wore shoe covers showing respect for our no shoes policy in the house, and they cleaned up when they were done. Install was quick and they gave us a good price. Will definitely continue working with them. These guys are honorable!

Thurgood was the only company I didn’t hang up on cuz the others all just felt like sales calls.

Duncan came out & cleared my entire main sewer line in less than 20 minutes. I liked that he really wanted to take care of the customer, he had me run both my tubs & a sink while he was down there cuz he said “he wanted to be there still if it backed up at all.

He was honest & listed all my options with prices but wasn’t pushy like a salesman.

Thurgood is the ONLY company I’ll be using going forward. Highly recommend them as well as if you’re lucky enough to get Duncan hes very informative & knowledgeable.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was a bit shocked at what I would call the service charge when I was told there was no service charge, likely billed as labor and driving time to go get a new part. When considering work done against a new system there was no comparison. I would recommend the company but just understand there is no free ride so go into it with that expectation and you'll be fine. I do not feel I got skinned, but what I call labor was a bit on the higher side. All in all he was thorough and got the job done professionally.

From the moment I called in to the store about a water leak in my home, the receptionist was friendly and made scheduling easy to get a technician out with my schedule. My plumber Duncan, was excellent to work with. He was very informative, respectful and did a fantastic job with my home repair. Would recommend 10/10.

Updated review: we had Thurgood come out to replace some toilet plumbing. The new plumbing was placed quickly and well done by Duncan.

We had some trouble with a lack of communication with Duncan throughout the day and when he left the wax seal for us to set our toilet back in place. There were extra steps for bolt placement that weren't explained to us based on flange placement. My house was busy with kids running around but I wish he had taken 30 seconds to explain bolt placement and how to best attach our toilet with the wax ring he provided.

Gusto was able to come out ASAP the next morning and helped us get our toilet set. He was very thorough with his explanation of what we needed to do. He could have just explained it to me and left it at that but he was kind and helped me get the entire process done.

I was super happy with the estimate and options Duncan gave us on the first call and he did a great job plumbing our toilet in a small space.

Overall, I am happy with our service and that we now have a working toilet that is plumbed correctly. I'm glad that Thurgood worked quickly to correct the issues we had. Communication is easy to get frustrated over but how this company has resolved our problem has resulted in me removing my original review. I want to be honest in how frustrated I was yesterday when we couldn't set our toilet, especially over something so simple. But this company has definitely gone above and beyond to fix the issues, listen to my comments and feedback, and work with their employees on how they can improve customer service.
