A great experience with Zach, Reagan, Mitch and Miguel. Miguel worked initially to help figure out the problem. Mitch was very clear and patient while explaining the work required. Zach and Reagan were so great - professional, thorough, polite and so hard working; they updated me regularly on their progress, and answered any questions I had. We needed our hot water tank replaced. Mr Rooter was able to estimate and give us an appointment all on the same we contacted them. Our install tech, Eric Reimer did an excellent job. He worked quickly and cleanly, clearly explaining everything we needed to know.

Water Heater was leaking so I called Mr. Rooter and they had a technician over same day. They were upfront with the pricing and were able to get the tank swapped out before end of day. The guys were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend the service and will be using them for all our plumbing needs. Thanks so much!
Everyone I talked to was extremely professional, clean and polite from start to finish. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. First they are on the pricier side for plumbing repairs. Secondly the technicians that completed work inside the house did not clean up after themselves very well and left dirty footprints throughout the house. They had started with booties and eventually put down mats but they should have done that straight away because the mess had already happened.
