Rick has done plumbing in my place for many years. He is very personable and customer service is awesome. This last job, to put it mildly was very challenging, he didn't give up and fixed what was a big problem. I highly recommend Rick.

I just moved into a northside bungalow. On possession we were dismayed to discover a sewer backup and a burst pipe connecting the bathtub to the drain.

Rick picked up right away when we called. He got here the next day before noon. Did a huge auguring job, got the city workers to come straight over when he discovered a blockage right at the junction between private and public sewer main. (City was otherwise booking over 3 months ahead).

He got my sewer line cleared and my tub drain fixed, as well as a couple other smaller known issues and even a couple of little surprises. Took just 2 half-days.

Rick communicated primarily with text and had me send images to help diagnose. Super smart, courteous guy. Total gem in a world where you have to roll the dice with contractors. We will definitely call him first next time!
