I am very disappointed with this plumbing company. The bill I received is clearly inflated: I was charged for 1.5 hours for the first visit, even though the plumber only spent 30 minutes removing the faucets and disconnecting the dishwasher, without even removing the sink (I had to do that myself). The next day, he came back to connect the new sink and charged me for 2 hours, which doesn't correspond at all to the actual time spent. During our phone conversation, he explained that the high price was justified by traffic, yet travel expenses were already charged separately.In the end, the bill came to $540!!!, a far too high amount for the work actually done. I do not recommend this company; they lack transparency and their prices are exorbitant.The plumber was referred to me by the kitchen fitters who renovated my kitchen. He told me it was their responsibility to inform me that even for a 30-minute job, he was charging 1.5 hours!You should be ashamed of charging such amounts for the service provided.

I had to place an urgent call at 2 PM on a Friday afternoon. I was very worried about having to spend the weekend dealing with my plumbing problem (no washing machine when you have two children in cloth diapers is not an option!), but they called me back very quickly and sent a plumber around 3 PM. Very happy with their fast and professional service!
