Mr. Bernier responded quickly to our quote request via the website. During our phone conversation, he offered some possible explanations for our problem. In the end, we didn't need his services at our home because we were able to resolve the issue ourselves thanks to his valuable advice. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I have another plumbing problem in the future!

I had the main water inlet valve replaced.The young employee from Plomberie Bernier arrived on time, reviewed with me what needed to be done, checked the water pressure and concluded that a pressure regulator wasn't necessary, and then suggested I do the job exactly as I had planned. I felt I was in good hands. Although he's only been with Plomberie Bernier for a month and is a young plumber, he rose to the occasion and delivered a superb job. Kudos to him!!The cost of the work seemed a bit high to me, but considering the quality of the work, and since it's fixed for the next 40 or 50 years, it's not a big deal.Thank you.
