These guys go above and beyond to say the least, very satisfied. I had to have my water line removed and replaced from the city meter to my home, about 30 feet. The city broke my water line and these guys got me up and running as quickly as possible. I have a brick patio in front of my home and the water line ran right underneath it, into my basement. They were so delicate to not remove my patio, I was so thankful. As you can see in the pic, they could have just ripped up the entire patio and called it done. They finished the job on a Friday afternoon and Friday evening, about 7pm, I noticed I didn't have hot water. I called and a few minutes later they called me back! Walked me through getting the pilot lit again, boom working. I don't think I'll ever call another plumber, and def will recommend them. I bought the crew lunch for their extended efforts, great group of employees. Their dispatcher/manager was also super friendly! Call them if you need a plumber!!

Matt was awesome! He came out in an emergency situation and was at our home within an hour. He fixed the immediate issue and we asked him to come back for several other plumbing problems we had been dealing with. The second time he came out he was extremely friendly and courteous like before. He fixed issues we have had for several years and that other plumbers weren’t able to diagnose. The prices were very reasonable too. We highly recommend him and Thoroughbred Plumbing!
