We knew that a good plumber wouldn’t be cheap, but what we discovered is that a great plumber won’t waste your time. After much online research, we booked an appointment with PROfetick. It was an easy process, and the lady who answered the phone (both times) was friendly and full of answers. Oliver visited our home to address a variety of issues and he diagnosed the main problem within two minutes, while also doing minor repairs along the way. We booked an appointment for the next day to have a much-needed water heater replacement, all at a price that didn’t have any sticker shock. He was done in less than two hours. We highly recommend PROfetick.

Oliver was the technician who installed my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very professional and helpful!
