Patriot has become our family go to! We have used them for my home, my mothers home, and my brothers home. We have called on them for our business too! They have great people working there from the dispatchers, to the plumbing, and heating people all working to make things work as quickly as they can. Absolutely the best any of us have worked with. We recommend their service to everyone. They have fixed other companies mistakes replacing the plumbing under the whole house in one day. Put in sink, few dish washers, snaked drains, fixed toilet, done heater inspection and replaced a thermostat. Always a clean crew, never left a mess to clean up, always asking what we want done during their visit and listening to our requests. Awesome company.
We had a drain clog that ended up causing us a huge mess. Patriot had Robert come out quickly and help address the issue. He was thorough and really made sure the problem was fully resolved along with providing great tips on how to keep our drains clear. I’ve had nothing but great service every time we’ve needed their services!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I felt completely violated as a homeowner after my experience with Patriot Plumbing. The entire encounter came off as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish.I have an older home with solid copper piping that was traditional and in great shape. I contracted them to install a new shower head and Roman tub faucet, which should have been a simple and straightforward job. Instead, the technician claimed that my copper pipes would not work because they were the wrong size. I trusted their judgment and agreed to have them replaced, assuming it was necessary. That turned out to be a mistake. They removed my copper pipes, which still had value, and without my permission, they took them from my property and loaded them into their van. I had planned to recycle or scrap those pipes myself, but they did not even ask. It felt invasive and unethical. To make matters worse, they replaced my copper with cheaper plastic tubing and then charged me for it after taking the valuable copper. When I contacted the manager about it, he was nonchalant and dismissive. There was no attempt to make the situation right, no apology, and no accountability. I kept asking myself if this would have happened if I were a white homeowner. That question alone speaks volumes about how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt.It makes me wonder if some contracting companies simply assume that homeowners are completely unaware of the value in their own homes or if they just do not care and choose to take advantage. Either way, it is unacceptable. Homeowners deserve honesty, transparency, and respect, especially when trusting someone to come into their personal space. In the end, I chose to let it go just to avoid any more conflict, but I left the experience feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. I would never recommend Patriot Plumbing to anyone who values integrity, respect, or professionalism.
Robert Miller was delightful! He was competent, truthful, great attitude & communicated what he needed to do & why and showed me when I asked. He also wrote the detail of his visit & gave us a copy on bill. We'd have him come again! Thank you, Robert!
Gotta drop a 1 star after moving out of my old place due to mold problems under my furnace and AC unit. I didn't request this companies services but my property manager did. The kid came out after three years of repeated leaking from the third floor neighbors unit. I lived on the first floor. With just a simple visual inspection of my unit and seeing nothing was covered in water he said there's nothing wrong. After I called back the office and requested maintenance return, they finally found the problem where a pipe from the top unit was failing and flooding the area below my unit you can't see without removing the registers. At no point during the probably overpriced inspection did the Patriot Technician remove any registers. They only opened the closest, said "I don't see anything wrong," and bill my property manager accordingly. 0/5 would be a better review.
