Representative arrive around 20 minutes late. That's a minor complaint. Otherwise, service from Roto-Rooter was great! The technician quickly cleared the sewer drain clog. He was a professional's professional and not only worked quickly and efficiently, but he was a pleasant chap as well.

We had a plumbing back in our main line and Roto-Rooter was great. I found a coupon on Yelp from them so I tried them. Not only did they come the same day, but they came within 2 hrs!!! SOOOO Convenient when you can't use your water. The plumber, James, was very professional, accepted the coupon without hesitation, and got the job done quickly!! I was so relieved we weren't going to be without water. I would hire James and Roto-Rooter again if this or any other plumbing issue arises.
