What customers say
Several customers describe completed leak or valve work, including one Saturday-night leak call that kept Ryan there past midnight. Another customer describes a water-heater replacement with hot water restored by day's end. One customer reports paying up front for a shower-pipe repair, but the next-day visit never happened; more than a month later, the shower was still unrepaired and no refund had been issued.

Thompson Plumbing is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. Ryan came to look at my broken shower pipe and told me he was available to fix it the next day. I made the mistake of paying him up front. He never showed up the following day and only sent text messages with excuses. It has now been over a month, and my shower is still not fixed and I have not been refunded. I gave him many chances, but again and again excuses, he obviously never planned to show up. Untrustworthy and dishonest. Find a different plumber...this one will take your money and disappear.

Impeccable. Ryan is absolutely the best man for the job..and his rates are ridiculously less than expected! So win/win! He is extremely busy (understandably), so it is difficult to connect with him, but he is our guy, regardless, bc he is the best!

I highly recommend Ryan at Thompson Plumbing because of his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism. Ryan always takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is always completed. I had a leak late on a Saturday and Ryan did not leave until the job was completed . That meant he was here until after midnight. That is dedication that you don’t see much of these days. I will always call Thompson Plumbing for my plumbing needs…GREAT service and very reasonable prices. What else could you ask for………
