I appreciate the attention to detail- he removed the giant ball of hair, offered to help with my faulty shower head (not part of the maintenance request) and even cleaned up my shower afterwards. Rich specifically was the plumber whom serviced my apartment. Rich was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick at assessing the leakage issue in my apartments kitchen sink.
