Our nearly 30-year-old water heater finally gave out, and Mike was fantastic to work with! He was able to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, and while we were waiting, he gave us helpful advice over the phone since our house is older (1910) and the water shutoff valve to the hot water heater had rusted open (yay galvanized pipes...).

When he arrived, he was right on time, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I was impressed that he handled the entire installation by himself, and his electronic dolly was pretty impressive to watch! He installed a quality water heater and took the time to walk me through everything afterward, including the warranty, maintenance recommendations, and how the expansion tank works. He even put a new shutoff valve for the hot water heater! I never felt rushed and left feeling like I understood exactly what had been installed and how to take care of it.

The new water heater has been working perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. It's not often you're excited about buying a water heater, but Mike made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable contractor.

The new water heater works great and the plumbing is much safer and better organized. He worked quickly and cleanly too! I highly recommend him.
