Had an issue with a clogged floor drain due to a new A/C unit. Able to get a next day appointment with Mountain Range to come check it out. The technician, Josh, arrived toward the beginning of the service window and was extremely courteous, listening to me describe the problem and then taking an inspection. I was provided with a couple of quotes based on what the underlying issue would be... Josh identified that is was a completely blocked P-trap, fixed it within 15 minutes, and drained 10 gallons of water instantly. $200 price was about double what I expected, but extremely satisfied with the timelines, professionalism, and quality of work.

I had Preston Austin with Mountain Range Plumbing out to the home I just purchased in Longmont, CO. I consulted with him on a couple's of potential updates we were considering, and also had him inspect the water heater and sump pump as both were about 8 yrs old. The sump pump was dead and he was able to quickly replace it. The water heater was fine. He adjusted the water temp and suggested I monitor it for leaks due to its age. We also reviewed replacement cost comparing a current version of the tank that I have and a tankless system. Very informative. When the time comes, I’ll be able to quickly make a decision on which way to go. Preston was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my house with respect. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend Mountain Range Plumbing for your plumbing needs in the Longmont area.
