Mountain Valley replaced my old AC unit with a new heat pump. They offered a very competitive price, and made the rebate process incredibly easy. The crew were very professional and courteous, they had to move some heavy parts into the basement and were very careful and considerate to not scuff the walls and left our house very clean. They laid down drop clothes everywhere they went in the house. I had some concerns of the heat pump blasting my nearby garden with hot air, and they were happy and willing to come up with some solutions to the problem. Fernando was able to answer all my questions and the whole crew worked hard to get the entire install done the same day. I've also had service done by them and highly recommend them for that as well, professional and very reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians working for a small local business.

We have used Mountain Valley for a few years now and have been very pleased - prompt service, showing up for appointments on time, and great follow up. Alex, in particular, is amazing. His knowledge of all systems in the house (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) is tremendous and he knows how to explain things in simple terms.
