Welzig Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric

This is the second time I’ve called Welzig and I’ve been satisfied both times. First was for a heating issue a couple years ago and this time for air conditioning. Prices seem reasonable and service is quick, professional and thorough without any arm twisting to spend more money. HVAC technician Allen was extremely friendly and helpful, clearly explaining what was going on and giving me good advice for the future while getting my a/c unit working the way it should. Plus my dog liked him, that’s always a good sign! Highly recommended!!

We had an outstanding experience with Welzig Heating, Plumbing and Cooling! We woke up to no hot water and called first thing in the morning. By that afternoon, we had a brand-new water heater installed and everything was up and running again. The responsiveness and efficiency were incredible. Our technician, Kody Smith, was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process, explaining our options and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. His patience and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in the work being done. As an added bonus, Kody was so kind and patient with our very inquisitive French Bulldog, who insisted on supervising the entire installation! His friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for honest, professional, and prompt service, I can’t recommend Welzig Heating, Plumbing and Cooling highly enough. Dan Hogan came out on the hottest day of the year to perform a repair on my A/C system. I was pleased with the accuracy with which he diagnosed my problem. He offered me a couple of different options for fixing it, since I had expressed that I might do it myself if it was simple enough. Long story short, I opted to let him fix it, which he did in short order, and then he spent extra time validating that his fix did the trick. I am writing this review a day after his visit, and I can say that my system is good to go. Would I have liked to spend a little less? Well, yeah. But I have good A/C function during an incredibly hot spell, so I am satisfied, and in fact downright happy. Thanks Welzig, and thanks Dan!
