My apartment water heater went out at the worst possible time (is there ever a good time?) late Sunday night and the Brainer Technician, William, who came out Monday to install a new one was exceptional. Not only was he caring, efficient and friendly, he also worked extremely hard (this was a difficult removal and install due to size restrictions where the heater is placed) to ensure that everything about the installation was perfect by the time he left, including cleaning the residual dirt/mess left behind by removing my non-working 17 year old water heater. Very professional, knowledgable and is obviously a dedicated employee. Five stars & when you call Brainer, ask for William!
When my hot water went out, I assumed my water heater would need to be replaced. Less than a week before Christmas and coming off of an extended bout of unemployment, this was distressing to say the least. I googled "affordable plumbers" and found Brainer. When the plumber (Jameson) showed up, I was braced for the worst news. Turns out it was a leaky valve near the water heater that had caused the pilot light to go out. He replaced the valve, relit the pilot light, and was done in less than an hour. Companies like this are known for upselling and dishonesty so this kind of honesty and affordability (only $137!) is more appreciated than I can even express. Highly recommend!!!!Update: Had another plumbing issue due to cold weather and used Brainer again. When I called, there was a VERY active leak in my kitchen and they got someone over here in under an hour. William was my plumber and was so nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to diagnose, explain, and repair my issues. I remain so impressed with Brainer and would not hesitate to recommend!
Wow, am I impressed with these guys. A claim with my home appliance went so bad recently, I decided to not even deal with them. So when my water heater line started leaking, I found Brainer's on Next Door App. I read their reviews and contacted them for an appointment.I promptly received an appointment and follow up phone call after 8pm! I was further impressed and prioritized & offered an earlier appointment for the next day.The next day, the Contractor text/phoned letting me know he was en-route and arrived early. I like that very much. He estimated the cost, quoted their hourly rate/service fee and completed the job within an hour. I am thrilled with Brainer's & wish I'd known about them sooner. I am so grateful to them & highly recommend them to folks wanting a professional plumber with integrity.
Great customer service, Im a renter and they replaced my tub and surround. Showed up on time and very professional, used them myself to help out my mother with her shower and I was about to afford them. Will always recommend them to anyone needing services
After dealing with an issue and another company for 3 weeks with no resolve or compassion I decided to go with another company and Jeanie was absolutely heaven sent . She understood what I was goin through and picked up where someone else dropped rhe ball and was able to get one of her guys Jamie out and clear the issue within the same day . She was super pleasant, kind, genuine and caring! I would def call her and her Jamie to help with any other issue moving forward !
