We called Plumbline to help us diagnose and repair a couple of significant, lingering issues from a recent, badly-flawed HVAC installation. The work involved two separate Bryant systems. It seems the work that Plumbline - specifically Peyton - did for us has finally resolved these issues. Further, Peyton was respectful, knowledgeable, informative and communicative throughout the process, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards - going above and beyond, really. The company was very good about coordinating and communicating regarding scheduling. We've found that none of these things can be taken for granted, up to and including successful execution of the work. It's no secret that Plumbline tends to be more expensive than other service providers, but we value their predictability, courtesy, cleanliness and good communication as much as we value their good work. Plumbline installed new wiring for a Level 2 EV charger, and provided the charger and installation as well. It went very smoothly! The initial consultation appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, a quote was given while they were here and the work was done by Tuesday afternoon. Overall, very pleasant experience and the charger is working like a charm!
