We required original pipes to be replaced in our home from the kitchen sink to a drain located under the basement floor (concrete). Avid was quick to respond and offer us options. They were patient while we shopped around and looked at potential remodel options. In the end, we only repaired what needed to be done. They honored the quote that was 2-3 months old by that point and coordinated repairs quickly. Finished everything in less than two days and left the area cleaner than before they arrived. Very easy to work with, great price and service.Got a couple emailed quotes for a new water heater, the Avid quote was much lower than the other for the exact same brand and size compared to another company. Bill matched the quoted price.A couple guys came and got it installed in about 2 hours. Friendly and good service. Will definitely use Avid again for future plumbing needs.
Excellent work all around. From calling and speaking with Brian who was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable to Andrew our plumber and his assistant installing our water heater. Service was timely and price reasonable. Andrew also looked at a couple other small issues we had while he was here. He was very professional, efficient and kind!
