They came the same day and isolated a valve inside toilet my toilet that needed replacement. Ethan and Dustin took great care of me and I know they’ll do the same for you!
Utilized Bow Tie Plumbing October 7 for a failed control valve on a Bradford White water heater. Called them initially October 4 which was a weekend and call was answered promptly. BTP-Travis came out October 6th and attempted a simple fix but to no avail. Located needed new control valve kit at a local supply house and returned October 7th and made the repair. Left with me the parts from the kit that were not needed for the repair. Not often does that occur as most will take the parts with them for use at another location.I appreciated his honest approach and integrity. Will definitely reach out to Bow Tie in the future as needed. Rate seemed competitive. Although we have a home warranty company, they have proven that their selection in companies from a call center in Bangladesh leaves a lot to be desired. We chose to pay out of pocket without utilization of our home warranty intervention and very glad we did. GREAT JOB TRAVIS BOWEN!
