We woke up to our hot water tank leaking everywhere and running constantly. Called a couple places that didn't answer, Craig answered right away and was at our house in 2 hours! He had it replaced and all finished 2 hours after arriving, even with going to get the new tank for us. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, did a great job and it cost us less than we thought it would. We will definitely be calling him next time we need a plumber. Highly recommend!

I recommend Craig highly! We purchased an old townhome and we fully renovated 1 bathroom and added 1bathroom as well as a plumbed in coffee maker. This is a phased job as we did tiling and drywalling ourselves. Working with Craig was absolute perfection. We had just bought a older Townhouse & started the renovations in stages & had Maple Ridge Plumber come in & meet us & discuss what needed to be done.
Craig with Maple Ridge Plumber was great to deal with, as we had him come in to move & redo our plumbing in our Kitchen so we could start the Kitchen renovations & then we had him come back & change our hot water tack & add a tray & then had him come back again to remove & redo all the plumbing in the Bathroom & remove the bathtub & set up the plumbing for a big walk in shower & bathroom vanity, & then we had him come back to hook up our dishwasher & install our under the counter kitchen sink & then we had him come back to install the shower base & new toilet & hook up the new bathroom sink. He had our house keys & came in when we needed him to do his work to fit our renovation schedule. Maple Ridge Plumber was very so great to deal with & very professional at what they did for us & they did all this at a great price & their work comes with a warranty.
I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Plumber, as Craig & his team do a great job.

I can’t say writing reviews for tradesmen is at the top of my to-do list. But in this case I am happy to make and exception. Without going into grotesque detail, we had a “catastrophic plumbing failure” at our home, an older building that needs a lot of work. Not knowing who was active in the Ridge Meadows area, I found these guys on the net and called them up. From first contact on the phone, all the way through the service experience, I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They arrived on time, performed top-quality work, explained everything to me and most importantly, everything was done on budget! I have to say our repair guy (who’s name escapes me at this time) was one of the best tradespeople I’ve ever hired, period. I have recommended this company to a number of friends and each reported back favorably. I understand they also go as far west as Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, and will do Mission and some parts across the Fraser as well. Great team, would happily hire them again (but hopefully I’ll never need to!)
