We had a leak in the main line from the water meter to our house. These guys were referred to me by one of my neighbors so I felt good about calling them. They came out the same day to assess the problem and returned the next day to fix it. It was pretty big project that took the better part of the day. Brandon (the owner) came out I person to help out. They did a great job at a fair price. Not cheap but fair. Cheap does not usually equal good. I’ll definitely reach out to them again next time I need plumbing work.
Plumb doctor was recommended to me many years ago. I have contacted them on 4 different issues and they sent someone out immediately each time and once was a Sunday afternoon after I spoke with Brandon the owner directly. Each time they were able to fix the problem and only charged me a service call. Today I had a severe leak and because of their previoushonesty and excellent customer service (including the administrative staff that assisted me on the phone and the on site plumbers) I contacted them again. They were able to send Fletcher over, who has helped me before, and it took more extensive work to fix but he did a fantastic job once again. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor!

I had called another plumber before calling Plumb Doctor and I had some doubts about the repair he said I would need. I decided to call Plumb Doctor and I'm glad I did! Plumb Doctor provided excellent service from start to finish! Their pricing was very reasonable, and what impressed me most was the way they explained every step of the process before beginning any work. I felt informed, respected, and confident in the service I was receiving. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with great care. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor and will definitely call them again in the future. Fletcher and Del were the absolute best!
My water service line in the front yard broke. Plumb Doctor had provided excellent service at my house before so I called them. They went out of their way to help me today! 8am phone call and Brandon answered immediately. Cody was here by 11am. We agreed the old PVC line was old and brittle since this is the 3rd break in 4 years(plus we discovered another repair later when digging). They gave me a fair price and were back by 2PM with utilities getting marked before they started trenching. I am grateful to them to have plentiful clean water flowing again! I also told Cody about my pressure regulator had failed twice in the last 4 years and he immediately knew to check the expansion tank. It had failed. Cody replaced that for me while he was here. Thanks also to Tim for his expertise and hard work. Both times I have used Plumb Doctor they have provided a quick response and quality work the same day I called in. Thank you gentlemen.
