My in-laws had a clogged kitchen sink that we couldn't clear on our own - even with a manual auger. We knew we needed professional help, and called around for quotes. Dima Plumbing quoted us a very fair and reasonable price and never tried to upsell us on any extra services. After we called back, we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to come over in about 10 minutes. John unclogged the sink and was done in about 15 minutes. We would definitely call Dima Plumbing again and highly recommend them for their fast, courteous, and reliable service. Thank you!!!

John and Andrei from Dima Plumbing were great! First getting in contact with Andrei on the phone to go over things for our clogged kitchen drain; patiently listening to our issue and explaining the process, stating the pricing range and what would constitute the minimum and maximum pricing they would charge based on the work done. Suggested things we should and shouldn't do before they were able to visit us and what could happen in certain situations. Appreciated the transparency since other plumbers we called were very vague on pricing which did not make us comfortable using them. They were able to fit us in the next day at 9:30am which was amazing, unlike other larger plumbing companies we called that only gave a time range of when they could 'possibly' come by, they had a specific time that they would come. The next day John came on time, put shoe covers on which we appreciated so our floors wouldn't become dirty, fixed our clogged drain quickly in 30 minutes, told us a few tips for maintenance, and was on his way to his next call! This was the first time we ever had to call a plumber and we're so glad we took a chance on Dima. Transparent, on time, and quick work. Would definitely recommend and use again for any future plumbing issues.

John did a amazing job with my main water valve and a few leaking faucets. His work was very clean and efficient. I also appreciate the responsiveness from himself and Andrei for a couple of days I scheduled. A very happy customer here and will be looking to them for future tasks! Thanks
