Customer service is HUGELY important to me, and these guys are top notch. I had a loud sound in my house that I assumed was our water pump, the main office guy was so kind and patient while I described the issue (I had no idea what I was talking about), and sent someone to check out the issue. Later that day, John (and another guy whose name I did not get) showed up, went into my crawl space (sorry guys) and found the source of the noise. It was our HVAC, and not a plumbing issue. Whoops. John referred me to someone he knew as a lead to investigate hiring, sending me the video he took of the issue to send to prospective HVAC guys. They didn’t even charge me- which is a huge relief. But please, be more sure than I was before calling them out. I am still mortified that I wasted their time. ?? I work in customer service management and can tell these guys are total pros. Will 100% use them for any actual plumbing issues we face in the future, and will recommend to everyone we know.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. One Drop provided a very reasonable quote. Dan showed up right on time; he was very respectful of the space and tried to make as less of a mess as possible -- which is hard sometimes due to the nature of the work. He explained the situation clearly and worked diligently to solve the problem, at least for now. And cleaned up after. Overall, was a good experience with One Drop Plumbing.

We recently discovered a leak in our basement that seemed to be connected to our upstairs main washroom tub. Needless to say we were panicked! We reached out to One Drop Plumbing to help us as I had seen some of their posts on social media and knew this was exactly the type of stuff they deal with all the time. They were extremely quick to get back to me and had a team over to my house the very next morning! Dave was the plumber assigned to our job and was extremely professional and clearly articulated each step he had to do to help us feel at ease every step of the way. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, replaced what needed to be replaced and everything was rectified within a few short hours. I was beyond impressed by the quality of work but what stood out to me the most was the hospitality aspect that I would never expect to receive from any trade related work! We have since recommended One Drop Plumbing to all our friends and family. It can be such a scary thing to have a plumbing issue in your home, but these guys are the BEST!
