From Paula who immediately understood my urgency of a non-functioning water heater on a Friday afternoon to the guys who immediately found the problem and solved it in less than 15 minutes. I have lived here 7 years in Marquette and this is the 2nd time I've had the most positive experience. I highly recommend their company as they are honest, down-to-earth, caring, and solution focused! Endless thanks from a mom of 3 young kiddos :)

They came out quickly to install water and drainage lines for a washer dryer unit. Jeremy even noticed and corrected a problem with how our water heater was installed. He and Dylan were very nice and considerate. Some companies look for reasons they can’t complete a job- not these guys- they came up with solutions to any issue that arose during the job. I’m recommending B&G to anybody who needs heating and plumbing services.
