My furnace stopped working at approx 11pm on a Friday night. After unsuccessfully trouble shooting it myself, my landlord promptly called duquaine at 1230am. By 130am the tech was here and even having to go to the business for a part- he had my furnace back up and running by 3am and was very kind. Thank you Duquaine!
I cannot recommend Duquaine enough! Our heat went out on thanksgiving evening & they were able to get a technician out to our house to look at the furnace the next day. Unfortunately we needed to get a new furnace but they were able to move us up in the schedule to install it less than 48 hours after coming out for the estimate. Even more unfortunately, Duquaine figured out that we needed new gas lines, but before leaving (even though their job was done) they stayed and made sure our gas company got everything figured out so that we would get heat ASAP. Whenever someone is looking for help with their HVAC I will be sure to send them to Duquaine! Genuinely the nicest people to work with and they definitely go the extra mile!!!
They were able to send a heating technician the same day the furnace stopped working. Identified it was a clogged pilot assembly and got the heat working again. Thank you for great service!
When we moved to the Upper Peninsula we purchased a home that didn't have an air conditioner. We were told "no need for AC, it's only hot a couple of days per year!" Well, not sure if it's climate change or something else, but after a couple of summer months where temperatures regularly hit 95 degrees in our house we decided that something had to be done. We moved away from the south to escape temperatures like this! We didn't want to do an aftermarket ducted air conditioner installation, so we instead researched and looked into mini split air conditioners. We talked to a few different places and Duqaine stood out for their responsiveness, friendliness, and knowledge. They gave us a great quote, set an installation date, and before we knew it we had our units installed. The workers were also friendly and knowledgeable, and installed the units in a very professional manner. We are super pleased with Duqaine and would recommend them to anyone.
Duquaine has completed furnace maintenance, and checked out my A/C and water heater for me when they both seemed to be having issues. They always explain everything they are doing and why, and I very much appreciate that they take the time to do so. Excellent service!!
