Bruce was absolutely amazing!! He was a very good communicator. He explained all of my options very clearly and really went above and beyond to try to fix what he could despite not having the part in stock. He answered all of my questions thoroughly as well. I have never used Swick before for my heating and plumbing needs but his efforts today gained you a repeat customer.
I’ve had a couple different guys come through to fix things but we have had Danny come through twice now and he’s absolutely worthy of a review! Super kind guy who’s really down to earth and explains everything really simply. Really knowledgeable and practical. Thanks so much for your time!Swick has some things to work out with the call center scheduling, but overall, we have been really happy with the service!
Our furnace broke down on a weekend and the on call tech Justin came out to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it ended up making more sense economically to replace the furnace. Steve came to the house and helped us pick the best replacement option and scheduled us for install within a few days. Jeremiah and John arrived early in the morning to install the new furnace and were professional and thorough in ensuring not only the equipment was installed correctly but that we understood how to operate the new furnace. We have been very pleased with the overall experience.
After 3 weeks and 6 visits he got the boiler running. It was brand new and installed by them a year and a half ago. They still charged $2000.00 to fix there mistakes. We wanted to make sure that it was running properly but he said that he would call the police, and threatened law suit and home leans. This is the WORST OUTFIT EVER. I gave it a 1 star because there's not a option to go lower.
The Swick technicians that installed my new heating system really did a wonderful job. They worked nonstop and answered all of my questions. They were so efficient and knowledgeable. When they finished the installation I was shown how everything worked and informed what to do should a problem with the system present itself. Also, my basement where the guys were working actually looks cleaner now than when they started. It is such a relief to know I have truly professional Swick technicians just a phone call away in the event something happens.
