The issue was my A/C drain line that connects to the main line was getting clogged. They removed the p trap and used a bigger snake to unclog the main drain. Didn’t make me feel dumb for what it ended up being, was super sweet and I really appreciated that! I just had my first hot shower in my home in a while, thank you so much!!! Would definitely recommend Nick if there’s any women weary about having a man to come for the assessment, he’s super honest and awesome! And I love that the company sends a text message with the name and photo of the technician, helped to ease any anxiety :D

Christian was great. Even though it was late at night he was friendly and professional. He got to work right away after doing a quick inspection and explained everything he was going to do in a manner I could understand. He had such a great personality that at no point did it feel like I had a stranger in my house. The service he performed was done so professionally. Price wise I can say that I feel that it was worth every penny. I would totally use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I’m glad I called the right company and even more glad that I got someone as cool and professional as Christian to take care of my service call. My only complain is I didn’t call them sooner! 10/10!
